Management Agent Certification for LIHTC Properties Due Sept. 1
The Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA) posted the annual management agent certification process for the 2022 State and Federal LIHTC programs. As with the 2017-2021 cycles, management agents are no longer individually scored for applications.
Comments on Alabama’s QAP Due Aug. 27
The Alabama Housing Finance Authority is accepting comments on its draft 2022 QAP via the 2022 plan comment form through 5 p.m. ET on August 27.
California TCAC, CDLAC Meetings – Aug. 11
The California Debt Limit Allocation Committee (CDLAC) will hold a meeting on August 11 at 11 a.m. PT followed by a California Tax Credit Allocation Committee (TCAC) meeting at 11:15 a.m. PT or upon adjournment of the CDLAC meeting.

Louisiana Finalizes 2022-2023 QAP, Rural Bond Bundle Program NOFA
The Louisiana Housing Corporation (LHC) released the approved 2022-2023 QAP.
Michigan Requires (Sub)contractors to Be Registered at Sam.gov
The Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) is requiring contractors, as well as recipients of federal financial assistance (including subcontractors) to be registered at Sam.gov. Active registration in SAM is required to apply for an award and for HUD/MSHDA to make a payment.
North Dakota Provides Development, Assistance Program Funds
The North Dakota Housing Finance Agency is accepting applications for programs that support affordable rental housing development and provide homeownership and rental assistance for low-income households. Funding is available through LIHTC, Housing Incentive Fund (HIF), HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) and National Housing Trust Fund (HTF).
Ohio Updates TSP Guidelines, Resumes Physical Inspections
The Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) created new Tenant Selection Plan (TSP) guidelines to provide direction for property owners/management agents on what must be included in TSPs.
