Florida Housing is extending the deadline for comments on its draft HOME American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP) Allocation Plan, as well as the Allocation Plan Attachments to January 7.

Florida Housing updated the Development Cost Pro Formas RFAs 2021-206 HOME Financing for the Construction of Small, Rural Developments, 2022-102 SAIL Financing for Smaller Permanent Supportive Housing Developments for Persons with Special Needs and 2022-104 SAIL Financing Farmworker and Commercial Fishing Worker Housing to properly display all eligible counties within the dropdown list of the TDC PU Limitation Analysis.  

Florida Housing Finance Corporation will hold a virtual Workshop for Request for Applications (RFA) 2022-301 Housing Credit Financing for Affordable Housing Developments Located in Duval County on January 5, beginning at 10 a.m. ET. Register here.

Florida Housing will begin accepting private activity bond (PAB) and four percent applications for developments proposing new construction or redevelopment on Jan. 6, 2022, beginning at 8 a.m. ET.

The California Department of Housing and Community Development announced the Notice of Funding Availability for approximately $160 million in federal Nation Housing Trust Fund funding for the Housing for a Healthy California Program, Article I.  

The California Department of Housing and Community Development is combining three programs into Super Notice of Funding Availability, which will be released in the first quarter of 2022.
