Qualified Allocation Plans

The California Department of Housing and Community Development announced the Notice of Funding Availability for approximately $160 million in federal Nation Housing Trust Fund funding for the Housing for a Healthy California Program, Article I.  

The California Department of Housing and Community Development is combining three programs into Super Notice of Funding Availability, which will be released in the first quarter of 2022.

Alabama Housing Finance Authority (AHFA) will resume onsite physical inspections in January.

Virginia Housing will host three meetings to discuss recent programmatic changes at both the state and federal levels and to provide clarity to the upcoming competitive nine percent credit round.

The North Carolina Housing Finance Agency published the final 2022 QAP, as well as the new schedule for this year’s application and award process and preliminary application.

New Hampshire Housing will host an Action Plan consultation meeting on January 10 at 2 p.m. ET, both in-person and virtually.

The Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) posted FAQs for the 2022-2023 QAP.

Montana Housing updated its Uniform Application, as well as LIHTC and Multifamily Loan forms.

The Michigan State Housing Development Authority posted the list of Reservations for the Oct. 1, 2021 LIHTC Funding Round.

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) encourages all multifamily property owners and other landlords who were impacted by the December 10 tornado and storms to apply for disaster assistance. 

Kansas Housing Resources Corporation (KHRC) is accepting applications for federal programs.

The 2022 Kansas LIHTC application is now available.
