The Ohio Housing Finance Agency released a memo to provide clarification to 2018 and 2019 projects required to comply with Aging in Place defined by the 2018/2019 QAP.
Minnesota Holds Regional Housing Forums – Jan. 18 & 21
Minnesota Housing is beginning to develop its 2024-2025 QAP. Because Minnesota Housing forward allocates LIHTCs, the 2024-2025 QAP will set the overall funding priorities for the 2023 and the 2024 Consolidated Request for Proposals.
Michigan Amends 2022-2023 QAP, Opens New LIHTC Round
The Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) passed a recent amendment to the 2022-2023 QAP, which is anticipated to be approved by the Governor later this week. MSHDA will hold one additional funding round on Jan. 18, 2022, for the purpose of allocating additional tax credit to projects that have received 2019 and 2020 credit.
Maryland Updates to AHRP
The Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) updated its Assisted Housing Relief Program Portal to allow requests for the current year and the previous year. When making a request you will need to select either 2021 or 2022.
