Arizona Amends State Housing Fund NOFA
The Arizona Department of Housing revised its 2021–2022 State Housing Fund Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) to include additional funding, provide clarification and revised eligibility for non-LIHTC projects, new four percent LIHTC projects, 2021 nine percent LIHTC and nine percent LIHTC applicants in rural areas.
