Qualified Allocation Plans

The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) will conduct an in-person Income Determination Training in Austin, on April 7 at 8 a.m. CT in room 320 at the Thomas Jefferson Rusk Building.

The California Tax Credit Allocation Committee updates its 2022 Credit Estimates. Specifically, the State Tax Credits for New Construction four percent Projects on page three have been updated to reflect the amounts available for the General Allocation and for California Housing Finance Agency (CalHF — Mixed Income Program (MIP) projects.

The Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH) will hold a virtual public hearing to receive input on the PY2022-2023 HUD Annual Action Plan (Action Plan), and 2022-2023 Weatherization Assistance Program Plan (WAP Plan), on April 6 at 11 am MT.

As part of the 2022 Competitive nine percent LIHTC Allocation process, Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs’ (TDHCA’s) Multifamily Finance Division posted the initial 2022 nine percent LIHTC Full Application Submission Log.   

Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) scheduled the dates for its 2023 QAP Work Groups and Roundtables. 

Florida Housing corrected the Development Cost Pro Forma for RFA 2022-208 SAIL Financing for the Construction of Workforce Housing in Monroe County, which was incorrectly generating errors in column 3 in certain cells, such as A1.1 and A1.3.

The California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) released the Tier Two Project Solicitation for approximately $800 million in California Housing Accelerator funds. 

Florida Housing will hold a Workshop for Potential RFA 2022-210 Permanent Supportive Housing for High Utilizers of Public Behavioral Health Systems at 2 p.m. ET on March 30. The workshop will be held to solicit comments and suggestions from interested persons relative to this potential RFA

The California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) will soon announce $131 million in HOME-American Rescue Plan (ARP) funding to assist individuals or households who are homeless, at risk of homelessness and other vulnerable populations, by providing funding for housing, rental assistance, supportive services and non-congregate shelters.  

The Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency will host a virtual Conquering the LIHTC Compliance training with U.S. Housing Consultants. The training will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. ET on April 26 – 27.
