Michigan Posts 2022 Applicant List
The Michigan State Housing Development Authority posted the applicant list for the 2022 LIHTC round. Information provided includes the name and address of the project; project sponsor and contact person; the amount of credit requested; total project self-score (inclusive of PSH points); primarily self-indicated categories and set-asides; total number of units in the project; and number of tax credit units.
