Texas Oversubscribed Funds for Competitive LIHTC-Layered Applications

Pursuant to subsection 13.5(e) of the 2022 Multifamily Direct Loan Rule (related to Oversubscribed Funds for Competitive LIHTC-Layered Applications), this communication serves as notice that the General/Soft Repayment Set-Aside, as described in the 2022-1 Notice of Funding Availability, is oversubscribed. Applications concurrently requesting Competitive LIHTC may amend their application to accommodate another fund source and make changes that still meet threshold requirements in 10 TAC Chapters 11 and 13 of this title, if such changes do not impact scoring under Section 11.9 of this title (relating to Competitive HTC Selection Criteria).
