Florida Opens CHIRP to Self-Sourced Applicants
The Board of Directors of Florida Housing Finance Corporation approved a staff recommendation to allow applicants that qualified as Self-Sourced Applicants funded in RFAs 2019-116, 2020-205 or 2021-205 to apply for the 2022 Construction Housing Inflation Response Program (CHIRP) Invitation to Participate (ITP) on the condition the applicants waive the right to qualified contracts.
