Ohio Board and Committee Meetings – Aug 17
The Ohio Housing Finance Agency will hold board and committee meetings on August 17. The finance committee will meet at 8:30 a.m. (in committee meeting room 214 and virtually) and the Board will meet at 10:30 a.m. ET (in the Roger McCauley Board Room and virtually).
Florida Opens CHIRP to Self-Sourced Applicants
The Board of Directors of Florida Housing Finance Corporation approved a staff recommendation to allow applicants that qualified as Self-Sourced Applicants funded in RFAs 2019-116, 2020-205 or 2021-205 to apply for the 2022 Construction Housing Inflation Response Program (CHIRP) Invitation to Participate (ITP) on the condition the applicants waive the right to qualified contracts.
