Florida Housing posted the updated 2022/2023 Priority I Application Limitation Chart for its 2022 Construction Housing Inflation Response Program (CHIRP) Invitation to Participate (ITP)

Florida Housing wants to remind you of the procedures and tools available for owners and residents impacted by severe weather and flooding. This information will allow post-recovery efforts to go smoothly if your residents and/or your development(s) are impacted by the storm.

Florida Housing released a revised 2022-2023 Tentative Funding Amounts and Timeline.

The Kansas Housing Resources Corporation released an updated FAQ for its Moderate Income Housing Program and a new FAQ for the Kansas Housing Investor Tax Credit (KHITC) Program.

Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) opened the application window for its Neighborhood Enhancement Program (NEP), which will provide up to $2 million in MSHDA funding statewide for activities directly tied to the stabilization and enhancement of Michigan’s rural communities and urban neighborhoods.
