Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development and the Executive Office of Health and Human Services received a $5 million Section 811 Project Rental Assistance Award from the U.S. Department of HUD in 2013. DHCD will host an information session on Friday, May 9 for interested developers on the Section 811 Program.

Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA) completed a draft of the Tennessee Annual Action Plan and is currently seeking public comment from April 21-May 5, 2014.

The Iowa Finance Authority is hosting a public forum to provide developers and interested parties an opportunity to provide recommendations for the 2015 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) – 4% Tax Credits with Tax-Exempt Bonds on May 5, 2014.

Minnesota Housing announced the availability of an estimated $70 million in funding through the 2014 consolidated Request for Proposals (RFP) and $12.5 million in 2015 Housing Tax Credits (Round 1). The application deadline isJune 10, 2014 by 5:00 PM.

Washington State Housing Finance Commission released the list of projects to be considered for an allocation of LIHTCs. WSHFC will host a public hearing on Thursday, March 27th, 2014 to approve the list.
