Qualified Allocation Plans

WCDA announced the availability of funds through an application period for $3,000,000 in LIHTC Funds and $5,025,000 available in HOME funds. The application deadline is August 22, 2014.

WHEDA has modified the Qualified Allocation Plan regarding submittal dates and selection criteria for the 2014 LIHTC “High Impact Reserve Project”. The 2014 LIHTC High Impact Project Reserve (HIPR) application is now available on LOLA, WHEDA’s LIHTC online system. Applications will be accepted from July 15-30.

OHCS announced the 2014 Notice for Funding Availability for LIHTC and HOME Funds. Applications must be submitted by August 15, 2014.

DHCD will hold a Pre-Round Information Session on July 15, 2014 for the 2014 QAP. Applications for the 2014 Competitive Funding Round are due by Tuesday, September 9, 2014. The Final QAP and Multifamily Rental Financing Guide are expected to be finalized and in place by early July 2014.

VHDA will host a 2015 QAP Forum on Thursday, July 17 at the Virginia Housing Center in Glen Allen, and remotely at their southwest location in Wytheville. 

THDA released the 2015 Draft Tennessee QAP. Written comments for the 2014 Draft Tennessee QAP will be accepted until July 14. Please submit comments by email to Michael Blade, Director and Assistant Legal Counsel for Multifamily Development, at MBlade@thda.org

OHFA will host a public forum for the 2015 Draft Ohio QAP on July 8. Feedback provided at the forum will be considered for incorporation in the final draft of the 2015 QAP anticipated in September 2014. Comments may also be emailed to2015QAPMailbox@ohiohome.org.

KHC will host two forums to solicit feedback for the 2015 Draft Kentucky QAP and scoring criteria for the 2015 funding round.
