The Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency has made changes to the mandatory Enterprise Green Communities criteria for preservation applications. The threshold criteria forms in the 2015 application will be revised on their website to reflect these changes.

An updated version of the application package for the 2015 Housing Tax Credit program year has been posted to the Ohio Housing Finance Agency website.

PHFA Posts Multifamily Pre-Application Training Video on YouTube

OHFA has posted application materials for the 2015 Housing Tax Credit program.  OHFA will receive comments through October 31, 2014.

NMMFA scheduled 2015 QAP and Application Training for November 12 in Albuquerque.  The registration deadline is November 5.

IHDA seeks comments on its 2015 Draft QAP. Comments are due November 5. IHDA is also hosting two 2015 QAP Workshops on November 12 (Springfield) and 19 (Chicago).

ADOH has posted a second draft of the 2015 Qualified Allocation Plan on its website.  Written comments will be accepted until October 27 and oral comments may be presented at the October 27 QAP Public Hearing in Phoenix.
