County assessors in Missouri are now required to use an income-based approach when assessing low-income housing tax credit properties. Governor Jay Nixon signed HB 613 into law on July 6.
The Bank’s 2015 Affordable Housing Program (AHP) funding round opened June 8 with approximately $23 million in funding available. Applications are due August 11. Funding is available for projects in Delaware, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.
The HUD Milwaukee office reviews the reasonableness of management fees every two years and establishes a maximum allowable fee. Effective September 1, 2015, the maximum allowable fee will be $48 per unit per month. The per unit per month amount is used to establish the management fee percentage.
