Qualified Allocation Plans

The Louisiana Housing Corporation gave notice that a public hearing on the proposed forward allocated 2016 Qualified Allocation Plan will be held at 9:00 a.m. on August 28, 2015, at the Louisiana Housing Corporation, 2415 Quail Drive, Baton Rouge, Louisiana 70808.

The Iowa Finance Authority released its 2016 draft qualified allocation plan, a red line version, and an overview of changes. They are open for public comment until August 25 at 4:30pm. Comments may be submitted via email.

The Notice of Proposed Rulemaking for Rule 67-21.003, F.A.C., was approved by the Board of Directors at the August 7, 2015 Board Meeting. Florida Housing Finance Corporation will hold a Rule Hearing concerning this Rule on September 1, 2015, beginning at 11:00 a.m., Eastern Time.

The final draft score sheet for the 2016 multifamily funding round is now available for review and is posted on KHC’s website, under Development; Multifamily; Applications, Guidelines, and Scoring.

Based on comments received on the initial draft of the 2016 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) presented at the developer’s forum on July 15, 2015, Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) made revisions to the draft QAP. The revised QAP is available on KHC’s website, under Development; Multifamily; Applications, Guidelines, and Scoring.

Connecticut Housing Finance Authority’s (CHFA) Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) and Multifamily Rental Procedures were recently revised. These Guidelines were created to assist multifamily developers with their application process and should be used as a supplement to CHFA Procedures, Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP), CHFA/DOH Consolidated Application and any other CHFA Guidelines.
