Qualified Allocation Plans

The HUD Milwaukee office reviews the reasonableness of management fees every two years and establishes a maximum allowable fee.  Effective September 1, 2015, the maximum allowable fee will be $48 per unit per month.  The per unit per month amount is used to establish the management fee percentage.

A 2016 Tax Credit Program forum will be held before the Virginia Housing Coalition’s Tax Credit Conference on October 8th at the Westin Hotel in Richmond Virginia from 9:30am-10:30am. VHDA will discuss manual and application changes (there will be no changes to the QAP).

Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) posted the Draft FY 2015 – 2019 Consolidated Plan.The Consolidated Plan also includes the Draft FY 2015 Annual Action Plan.

KHC has developed new cost certification guidelines applicable to all multifamily projects. These guidelines are designed to assist owners, contractors, and independent certified public accountants in the preparation and submission of the Contractor’s Cost Certification Forms for KHC’s development programs, including the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program.

Based on comments received at the developer’s forum held on July 15, 2015, Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) has made revisions to the draft score sheet within the rehabilitation projects section. The score sheet is subject to further revision as additional comments are received; however, the final draft will be made available for public review.
