Florida Housing expects to offer an estimated $2,185,789 of Housing Credits for the development and revitalization of affordable, multifamily housing. A workshop is scheduled for 3:00 p.m., Eastern Time, on Thursday, November 5, 2015.

The 2016 Housing Tax Credit Application, Exhibits and Appendices are now available on the Iowa Finance Authority web site and will be available through Monday, December 7, 2015 at 4:30 p.m.

The Arizona Department of Housing has posted for review the second draft of the 2016 Qualified Allocation Plan and will accept comments on the draft until October 26th at 5:00 pm.

2016-17 QAP documents have been updated as of October 2015.

Idaho Housing and Finance Association posted the 2016 LIHTC QAP for review. A Public Hearing has been scheduled to allow developers the opportunity to provide comment on November 5th at 9:30 a.m.

TDHCA reminded owners that they calculate a utility allowance using an alternate Public Housing Authority, a Written Local Estimate, the HUD Utility Schedule Model, the Energy Consumption Model or the Agency Estimate, they are required to review the allowance annually
