Massachusetts DHCD is updating the state’s Chapter 40T preservation program regulations to better reflect current agency practices. A draft of the changes is expected to be released for public comment in January 2016.
Arizona Department of Housing has posted a third draft of the 2016 Qualified Allocation Plan on its website and will accept comments on the draft until Friday, November 13, 2015 at 5:00 pm.

Colorado announced that Post Year 15 monitoring fees will be $25 per tax credit including employee units (not to exceed $2,500 maximum). CHFA also announced that for developments with LIHTC and/or loans through CHFA, managers will not be required to add an increased amount of SS, SSDI, or SSI to Tenant Income Certifications (TICs) effective in 2016.
