Idaho Housing Finance Agency released per unit cost limits for develop projects seeking an allocation of Low Income Housing Tax Credits.

Florida Housing will hold a workshop on Monday, December 14 at 2:00 p.m. to discuss a Request for Applications (RFA) for development of affordable, multifamily housing in rural development areas. $15 million in HOME funding will be made available through this RFA.

Revised Underwriting and Development Policies for Multi-Family Finance have been posted to the New Hampshire Housing website. These policies will be applied to projects financed by the Authority, effective immediately.

Florida Housing Finance Corporation issued RFA 2016-102 for the development of homeless and multifamily housing located in medium and large counties. To solicit comments and suggestions from interested persons relative to the proposed RFA, a workshop is scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Eastern Time, on Thursday, December 17, 2015.

The deadline for submitting applications to the winter 2016 affordable housing competition will be Friday, March 11, 2016.

DCHD has scheduled a public hearing for December 11, 2015, at 11:00 am to solicit comments on the 2016 draft Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) for the Low Income Housing Tax Credit.

The purpose of the FAQ is to clarify commonly asked questions concerning the 2016-17 QAP and issue guidance related to OHFA’s interpretation of its program guidelines.
