New Jersey Launches Affordable Housing Production Set Aside Program
New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency (NJHMFA) launched the Affordable Housing Production Fund Set Aside (AHPFSA) Program with $60 million from the state’s Coronavirus State Fiscal Recovery Fund. Funds will provide subsidy financing for eligible projects in need of gap financing to support nine percent LIHTC development.

Update on West Virginia’s 2023 LIHTC
The West Virginia Housing Development Fund is updating its 2023 and 2024 Allocation Plan and 2023 and 2024 Tax Credit Manual and plans to present the documents at the February Board Meeting for initial review and approval. Once approved, a public hearing will be held on the 2023 and 2024 Allocation Plan.
