The California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) issued Administrative Notice 18-02 clarifying developer fee calculations under Section 8312 of the 2017 Uniform Multifamily Regulations (UMR). The Arizona Department of Housing published its first draft of the 2019 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP). Download the Information Bulletin for additional information. Comments can be emailed to rental-qap@azhousing.gov, but they must be received by September 14, 2018 at 5:00 p.m.

The requirement would charge from $2.50 up to $15 per square foot depending on the type of development.
