A draft of RFA 2018-114 “SAIL Financing for the Construction of Workforce Housing” has been posted to the webpage https://www.floridahousing.org/programs/developers-multifamily-programs/competitive/2018/2018-114 . Florida Housing anticipates issuing this RFA on October 9, 2018 with an Application Deadline of November 6, 2018.
