Governor Ducey approved the 2019 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) on December 11, 2018 and has been posted on the ADOH website. Please download the Information Bulletin for additional information.

The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) Multifamily Finance Division has posted the 2019 Multifamily Uniform Application Certifications on its website at: http://www.tdhca.state.tx.us/multifamily/apply-for-funds.htm. More documents will be posted as they are finalized.
