Qualified Allocation Plans

The Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH) announced the 2019 LIHTC recipients. The 2019 awards increase the number of imputed people served by 25.64 percent (604 people), when compared to 2018 awards.

The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) posted a list of 2019 Competitive Housing Tax Credit Applications that are eligible for an award of tax credits for the 2019 program year, and a revised Application Log.

The Missouri Housing Development Commission (MHDC) is soliciting comments and suggestions regarding changes to its FY 2019 Draft QAP.  A summary of the proposed changes is available here.

Kansas Development Finance Authority (KDFA) President Rebecca Floyd named Ryan Vincent Executive Director of Kansas Housing Resources Corporation (KHRC). KHRC, a subsidiary corporation of KDFA, is a self-supporting, public corporation that administers programs to help Kansans access the safe, affordable housing they need and the dignity they deserve.

The Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) will host a public forum to discuss the first draft its QAP in the morning of Wednesday, July 24 at the Columbus Main Library.

The Idaho Housing Finance Association (IHFA) is now accepting applications for LIHTC through 5 pm MDT on Friday, August 2, 2019.

Barbara Jordan II is a housing development in Upper South Providence which includes 26 two- and three-story apartment buildings situated on scattered sites totaling 2.75 acres. The 26 buildings contain a total of 74 apartments, all of which are currently vacant.

The California Tax Credit Allocation Committee (TCAC) released guidance for first round 2019 applicants that are re-applying in the second round.

The California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) has released the Multifamily Housing Program (MHP) Final Guidelines and Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for approximately $178 million.

The Louisiana Housing Corporation will host its 2019 QAP Workshop and Application Process to help prospective applicants gain a better understanding of the Underwriting Application and Submission Process, Program Changes, Threshold Requirements and Selection Criteria.
