Qualified Allocation Plans

The Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) has adopted the 2019 QAP and is awaiting the Governor’s approval. Please plan to join CHFA for a discussion on the 2019 QAP on Wednesday, September 25, 2019 from 9:30-11:30 am EDT at The Lyceum located at 227 Lawrence Street Hartford, CT. Minnesota Housing’s Board of Directors approved the proposed 2021 QAP and the formal comment period for the QAP is now open through August 26 at 5 pm CDT.

The Universal Funding Application  for the 2020 multifamily Housing Credit funding round is available with applications due by noon EDT on, August 15.

The Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency announced availability of funding for its 2020 LIHTC and Loan Programs. Please see the Notice of Funding Availability for more information.

The Colorado Housing Finance Agency has announced two new requirements for 2020 Round 1 applicants: nine percent Letters of Intent are due on December 2, 2019 and applications are due on February 3, 2020.

Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) announced funding awards of $45,569,423 to build and preserve 636 homes through federal nine percent Low Income Housing Tax Credits, HOME, and National Housing Trust Fund resources.
