The Louisiana Housing Corporation released 2019 QAP FAQs Part II. The deadline for application submission for the 2019 LIHTC funding round is Thursday, August 8, 2019 at 4 pm CDT. Interested parties may find the 2019 Application Submission here.

The Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development released a list of all applications and funding award amounts for the 2019 nine percent LIHTC funding round. In sum, fifteen projects received reservations totaling $21,684,948 of nine percent credits, $13,970,000 of Rental Housing Financing Program Funds and $8,595,480 in Partnership Rental Housing Funds.

Florida Housing also recently issued RFA 2019-111 for its Rental Recovery Loan Program and RFA 2019-102 for Community Development Block Grant-Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) To Be Used In Conjunction With Tax-Exempt MMRB And Non-Competitive Housing Credits In Counties Deemed Hurricane Recovery Priorities

The Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH) is holding a public meeting to receive input on the use of $3.5 million in newly allocated funds from the Housing Trust Fund that shall be used for constructing or renovating facilities and on housing assistance, including support services, for persons who have been determined to be seriously mentally ill and to be chronically resistant to treatment.

The Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH) is holding a public meeting to receive input on the 2020-2024 Consolidated Plan and Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing on August 20, 2019 from 5 to 6 pm MST at the Scott Resort and Spa Resort, 4925 N. Scottsdale, Arizona 85251. As part of the process, ADOH is conducting two brief surveys to help identify community priorities.

Minnestoa Housing and the Center for Energy and Environment released the EnergyScoreCards Phase II report, which study the impacts of energy and water benchmarking paired with more supportive technical and financial assistance in 31 subsidized, multifamily, affordable housing buildings.

The California Debt and Investment Advisory Committee will host several upcoming educational programs on bonds. The programming includes topics like Green Bonds in California: A Practical Path for Issuers, Ongoing Debt Administration and Developing and Administering Internal Controls for Bond Accountability.
