The California Tax Credit Allocation Committee (TCAC) released application information for the $500 million of state tax credits that will be made available for affordable housing financed with the federal four percent LIHTC. The first state credit funding round will have a November 15, 2019 California Debt Limit Allocation Committee (CDLAC) and TCAC application deadline with a January 15, 2020 TCAC award date.

The West Virginia Housing Development Fund (the Fund) released an administrative waiver, which applies to all properties that have received or will receive credits from the 2017, 2018, 2019 or 2020 State Housing Credit Ceiling. Under the administrative waiver, a ceiling fan with specifications that fulfill the requirements of Energy Star Program Requirements Product Specification for Residential Ceiling Fans Version 3.0 (effective October 1, 2011), with an integrated LED light fixture/module will be installed in each bedroom and the living room will be allowed as an alternative to the requirement.
