Qualified Allocation Plans

Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) has made a few minor revisions to its Minimum Design Standards for Multifamily Housing Units.

The Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) released the final drafts of the QAP and Multifamily Rental Financing Program Guide (Guide) for public comment. DHCD will conduct the Internal Revenue Code (IRC) mandated public hearing for the 2020 QAP and Guide on Wednesday, March 18, 2020 from 6:00 – 8:00 pm ET in DHCD’s Main Conference Room, 7800 Harkins Road, Lanham, Maryland 20706.

The Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) posted the Notice of Funding Round for April 1, 2020 and a LIHTC Program Updates memo. Updated forms include the 2019-2020 LIHTC Application and the 2019-2020 Scoring Summary.

In its capacity as Responsible Entity for Part 58 Environmental Review responsibility, Minnesota Housing has developed a Programmatic Agreement with the State Historic Preservation Office to exempt certain activities from State Historic Preservation Office review.

The New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency is reviewing potential amendments for the next revision to the QAP and is interested in soliciting input from stakeholders, developers, community partners and interested parties.
