The Florida Housing Finance Corporation posted RFA 2020-208 SAIL Financing for the Construction of Workforce Housing, the RFA 2020-208, comparison of 1-31-20 and final version, as well as the revised RFA 2020-208 Set-Aside Worksheet. The Idaho Housing and Finance Association is proposing to amend Section 6.4.14 of its QAP, which governs selection criteria for new construction or adaptive reuse developments. The amendment lists the average land cost at $21.03, hard construction costs at $159.61 and all remaining development costs at $94.77 per residential square foot.
Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) has made revisions to the scoring criteria as shown in the final draft of the 2021-2022 QAP. KHC will accept written comments on the final draft until Friday, March 6, 2020, by email to rentalqap@kyhousing.org.
