Qualified Allocation Plans

Kentucky Housing Corporation’s (KHC) Tenant-Based Rental Assistance (TBRA) began accepting applications for the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program on June 1, 2020.

Owners or sponsors of a property receiving an allocation of LIHTCs are required to upload certain tenant data and project data through a portal provided by the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD), which data will ultimately be uploaded to HUD. The portal will be ready to receive your data uploads on June 15, 2020. All uploads must be completed by July 31, 2020.

Minnesota Housing released a summary of proposed changes to its 2022-2023 QAP. Minnesota Housing plans to release the draft QAP and Self-scoring Worksheet for LIHTC and deferred projects on June 10, 2020. The public comment period will be open until 5:00 pm CST on July 1, 2020.

Montana Housing Executive Director/Administrator Bruce Brensdal has announced his retirement, effective June 30, after 25 years with the Housing Division in the state’s Department of Commerce. Brensdal will be succeeded by Cheryl Cohen, who currently serves as Montana Housing’s operations manager.
