In the aftermath of Tropical Storm Eta, Florida Housing recirculated the procedures and tools available for owners and residents impacted by severe weather and flooding. Florida Housing requests a general assessment of damage resulting from Tropical Storm Eta and the completed form should be submitted as soon as practical (ideally within five business days) to HDR@floridahousing.org.
Florida Housing Finance Corporation removed the requirement for households to pay 30 percent of their household income to be eligible for Coronavirus Relief Funds (CFR) Rental subsidy. Any already submitted CRF subsidy requests need to be resubmitted and the request amounts need to be updated to reflect this programmatic change.
