Qualified Allocation Plans

The Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA) is piloting a Developer Opportunity Fund to help address issues faced by small, disadvantaged (including minority and women), nonprofit and community LIHTC developers.

The Board of Directors of the District of Columbia Housing Finance Agency (DCHFA) appointed Christopher Donald as executive director and CEO. Donald has served as interim executive director since January 2020, following the untimely death of Todd Lee.

Florida Housing posted the Questions and Answers document regarding RFA 2021-208 SAIL and Housing Credit Financing for the Construction of Workforce Housing. Applications are expected to be due on April 22, 2021. The Review Committee Meeting is expected to be held June 2, 2021 at 2 p.m. ET via webinar, and the results are expected to be taken to the June 18, 2021 Board Meeting. The New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency (NJHMFA) will not make any changes to its 2021 nine percent LIHTC round. The timeline for the 2021 round is available here. Projects seeking construction and/or permanent financing from NJHMFA should contact the Multifamily Supportive Housing and Lending Division as soon as possible.

The West Virginia Housing Development Fund modified its 1040 form to correct the per unit credit limits. The pre-registration forms for nine percent LIHTCs are due by April 15.
