Oregon Emergency Rental Assistance Program (OERAP) can help low-income households with both their past due rent and utilities and up to three months of advance payments.

Beginning immediately, Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA) will accept a Notice of Intent to Submit an Application for the National Housing Trust Fund (NHTF) to support developments, which received an award of tax credits from the 2019 or 2020 funding round, and which have realized a financing gap due to an increase in construction costs. Applicants must demonstrate a need for NHTF funding. Priority will be given to applicants that obtain other additional funding to supplement the request for NHTF.

The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) is seeking comments on a proposed amendment regarding the handling of the waiting list for the 34-county jurisdictional area for TDHCA’s Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program. Comments are due by 5 p.m. CT on June 28.

Florida Housing published the 2021 rent and income limits for HUD’s HOME Investment Partnership, National Housing Trust Fund and Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery Programs. Both limits are effective as of June 1, 2021.

The Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) is seeking proposals from qualified applicants to request an allocation of the Qualified Workforce Housing Tax Credit.

There is still time to apply for the Minnesota’s Family Homeless Prevention and Assistance Program (FHPAP) Request for Proposals. Up to $23,538,000 in funding is available to provide supportive services and direct financial assistance to help households who are homeless or at risk of homelessness to retain their housing or obtain new housing.
