Mr. Bates joined NAHT in 2007 as an Assistant Controller prior to moving into his role as the Director of Accounting and Investor Reporting. Additionally, for the past year, Mr. Bates has served as NAHT’s Interim CFO.

WinnDevelopment, the development arm of award-winning multifamily property developer and manager WinnCompanies, has acquired and will begin construction on the occupied rehabilitation of the historic Schoolhouse Apartments in Waterbury, Connecticut. The restoration is expected to be completed by the fall of 2017.

Ground was officially broken on The Heights Apartments, a $19 million, 128-unit affordable, multi-family development to be built on the southwest corner of South Raul Longoria and East Wisconsin roads in Edinburg, Texas.
