City Real Estate Advisors appointed Rachel Thomas to vice president of acquisitions. Thomas will be responsible for identifying, structuring and closing affordable housing equity opportunities throughout Texas and surrounding states.

Susan Frank joined Cinnaire in March 2014 as Vice President, Business Development and was recently promoted to Senior Vice President, Business Development. In this role, she is responsible for directing and implementing the company’s growth strategy in the Mid-Atlantic region, including debt, equity and community development lending.

Conifer Realty announced that Patricia Denny has been promoted from Senior Asset Manager to Director of Asset Management, effective immediately. Patti joined Conifer in 2012 and has lead the development of Asset Management since it was a brand new Conifer function.

She will replace Sheila Crowley, the coalition’s long time President and CEO, who is retiring.
