The Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) passed a recent amendment to the 2022-2023 QAP, which is anticipated to be approved by the Governor later this week. MSHDA will hold one additional funding round on Jan. 18, 2022, for the purpose of allocating additional tax credit to projects that have received 2019 and 2020 credit.

The Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) updated its Assisted Housing Relief Program Portal to allow requests for the current year and the previous year. When making a request you will need to select either 2021 or 2022.

The Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development released the final draft of the QAP and Multifamily Rental Financing Program Guide for public comment.

Florida Housing Finance Corporation will hold a virtual Workshop for Request for Applications (RFA) 2022-301 Housing Credit Financing for Affordable Housing Developments Located in Duval County on January 5, beginning at 10 a.m. ET. Register here.

Florida Housing will begin accepting private activity bond (PAB) and four percent applications for developments proposing new construction or redevelopment on Jan. 6, 2022, beginning at 8 a.m. ET.

The California Department of Housing and Community Development is combining three programs into Super Notice of Funding Availability, which will be released in the first quarter of 2022.
