The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) published the 2022-2024 Underserved Markets Plans for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac (the Enterprises) under the Duty to Serve (DTS) program. 

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) published Notice 2022-21, inviting public comment on recommendations for items that should be included in their 2022-2023 Priority Guidance Plan. 

The 2022 Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970 (URA) – Low Income Limits have been issued on HUD.gov with an effective date of April 18, 2022.
