HUD Publishes URA Low Income Limits

The 2022 Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970 (URA) – Low Income Limits have been issued on HUD.gov with an effective date of April 18, 2022. The low-income limits are used in connection with rental assistance payment calculations under 49 CFR 24.402(b).
