PHFA announced the 2016 PHFA Multifamily Program Application and Guidelines have been posted to its website. For 2016, all applicants must submit an Intent to Submit by January 8, 2016 with full applications due on March 4, 2016.

QRRP applicants should be advised that the December 15 DDA application submittal due date identified in Section 5258(a) of the CDLAC regulations will be extended.
