Florida Housing will hold a workshop on Monday, December 14 at 2:00 p.m. to discuss a Request for Applications for development of affordable, multifamily housing in rural development areas.

Florida Housing Finance Corporation issued RFA No. 2015-113 for Housing Credit Financing to Provide Affordable Multifamily Rental Housing that is a Part of Local Revitalization Initiatives. The Application Deadline for RFA 2015-113 is 11:00 a.m., Eastern Time, on December 17, 2015.

Revised Underwriting and Development Policies for Multi-Family Finance have been posted to the New Hampshire Housing website. These policies will be applied to projects financed by the Authority, effective immediately.

Andrew Hawes, Managing Director for the Kentucky Housing Corporation Multifamily Programs, has accepted a new position and will leave KHC at the end of the calendar year. Jeremy Ratliff will assume the position as interim managing director of Multifamily Programs, effective Friday, January 1, 2016.

In 2016, Colorado Housing Finance Agency will join together with a broad coalition of business and community partners to ask the Colorado General Assembly to extend the State Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program through 2019.
