Kentucky Housing Authority Announces NSPIRE Deadlines and Resources 

Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) will implement the The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) NSPIRE inspection protocol October 1, 2024, for properties that were subject to receive Housing Quality Standards (HQS) or Uniform Physical Condition Standards (UPCS) inspections before that date. KHC is aware that HUD has extended the NSPIRE compliance date for properties receiving HQS inspections; however, KHC will not be using this extension.
