Registration & Hotel Reservation Cancellation Policy
All registration cancellations must be sent to info@housingonline.com. NH&RA’s registration cancellation policy is as follows:

| Before 02/28/2025 | No cancellation fee before 02/28/2025 |
| Between 03/01/2025 and 03/31/2025 | $150 fee for cancellations between 01/03/2025 and 03/31/2025 |
| After 03/31/2025 | No refunds from 3/31/2025 onward |
Hotel Reservation Cancellation Policy
Hotel will collect a two nights deposit upon an individual booking a reservation (unless it is for only a one-night stay). If the individual cancels the reservation within seven (7) days of the arrival date, the room deposit shall be forfeited, unless NH&RA is able to process a name change for the reservation to another attendee.
