North Dakota Housing Finance Agency (NDHFA) will hold Public Hearings for its proposed Qualified Allocation Plans (Plan) for the 2026 LIHTC Program, 2025 National Housing Trust Fund, 2025 HOME Investment Partnerships Program and 2025 Housing Incentive Fund on March 5, 2025. Each plan sets forth the procedures and criteria to which NDHFA will adhere in allocating financing to multifamily affordable housing projects in each respective program during the September 2025 application round.
The hearings are for interested parties to provide either written or oral comments regarding the proposed plans. Persons who do not attend the hearings may submit written comments by 5:00 p.m., CT, on March 3, 2025. The plans can be viewed on NDHFA’s website, www.ndhfa.org, beginning on Feb. 14, 2025. Please contact NDHFA prior to the hearing for accommodation or additional information.
