Notice is hereby given to all interested persons that public hearings will be held on-site at Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) at 9 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 12, 2025, to discuss and review comments on the Public Housing Agency (PHA) annual plan and five-year plan for administering the KHC Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program.
The annual plan is for KHC Fiscal Year 2026 (7/1/2025 to 6/30/2026) and the five-year plan is for KHC FY 2026 to 2030 (7/1/2025 to 6/30/2030). The meeting can be accessed in-person or remotely via the following information:

The Annual and five-year plans will be available for public review and comment 45 days prior to the public hearing date at: https://www.kyhousing.org/Rental/Rental-Partners/Pages/default.aspx. Comments will be addressed and considered for incorporation into the final plan. Oral comments presented at the public hearing as well as written comments submitted within ten days after the hearing will be included.
