The Louisiana Housing Corporation (LHC) introduces the agency’s new Executive Director Kevin J. Delahoussaye. Delahoussaye assumed the role of executive director in December 2024 after receiving approval from the LHC Board of Directors at their last board meeting of 2024.
Delahoussaye brings essential qualities that coincide with LHC’s mission to make sure every Louisiana resident has the opportunity to obtain safe, affordable and energy-efficient housing.
A bill introduced in the Montana Legislature would create a State Workforce Housing Tax Credit. H.B. 21 would create a State LIHTC for allocation to properties that receive Federal LIHTCs.
