The draft LIHTC Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) for 2025-2026 has been posted to HLC’s website. All interested parties can access the draft at: https://www.mass.gov/doc/draft-2025-2026-lihtc-qap/download.
As the LIHTC allocating agency for the Commonwealth, HLC will accept written comments on the draft QAP from the date of this message until Dec. 31, 2024. HLC will provide information on the date and time of the public hearing for the QAP. The hearing will occur near the end of December and will be virtual.
As indicated, HLC will accept written comments on the draft until the end of December. Please address comments to catherine.racer@mass.gov.
