Dominium announced the resyndication of Oak Meadows in Cocoa, FL. Dominium will renew the property’s affordable housing status while beginning a $5 million rehabilitation of the property. Renovations will include upgrades to the community clubhouse, fitness center, outdoor amenity space, landscaping, along with unit and building renovations.
