Kansas Housing Resources Corporation announced that this year’s changes to the QAP have now been finalized. Please review the final plan, summary of comments and responses and redlined document at the links below. 

The Four Percent Low Income Housing Tax Credit deadlines are as follows: 

  • February 21, 2025: Four Percent LIHTC Application Due;  
  • May 23, 2025: Four Percent LIHTC Application Approval Announcement;  
  • August 15, 2025: Four Percent LIHTC Application Due; and  
  • November 14, 2025: Four Percent LIHTC Application Approval Announcement.  

The Nine Percent LIHTC & HUD Resources deadlines are as follows: 

  • January 10, 2025: Preliminary Applications Due;  
  • February 21, 2025: Invitation to Submit Full LIHTC Applications;  
  • May 23, 2025: Full Applications Due; and  
  • August 8, 2025: Award Announcements.
