HUD Announces Closeout Deadline for 2015 HOME Grants

HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) grants are subject to the grant closeout requirements at 2 CFR 200.344, which require all grants to be closed out within one year of the end of the grant’s period of performance. The closeout deadline for 2015 HOME grants is Sept. 30, 2024.

If you have technical issues with closing out your 2015 HOME grant in IDIS, contact your HUD Field Office and/or send an email to HOMEHTFcloseout@hud.gov.

There are a variety of resources and training are available on the HOME page on the HUD Exchange to support PJs preparing to close out HOME and Housing Trust Fund (HTF) grants.
