Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) Affordable Rental Housing Division is updating the Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) to align the LIHTC program with the Oregon Centralized Application (ORCA).
The QAP describes OHCS’ priorities for how LIHTC will be used. OHCS will be hosting three virtual meetings to get input on changes to the QAP for nine percent LIHTC and four percent LIHTC. More information about LIHTC and QAP can be found on the OHCS website.
