Registration and Hotel Reservation Cancellation Policy
All registration cancellations must be sent to info@housingonline.com. NH&RA’s registration cancellation policy is as follows:

| Before 09/30/2024 | No cancellation fee before 09/30/2024 |
| Between 09/30/2024 and 10/25/2024 | $150 fee for cancellations between 09/30/2024 and 10/25/2024 |
| After 10/25/2024 | No refunds from 10/25/2024 onward |
Hotel Cancellation Policy
Raffles Boston accepts cancellation of individual reservations made up to 48 hours before arrival, and refund the deposit for those rooms for the full night’s stay. All reservations must be received by the hotel no later than October 22, 2024.
